Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator
Eva serves as the Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator for Dunn Pierre Barnett & Company Canada Ltd., functioning as a central support system for the Managing Director and the wider consulting team. Her role is to keep the daily operations of the company organised, responsive, and deadline-driven. She manages scheduling, meeting preparation, email triage, task tracking, procurement monitoring, proposal deadlines, consultant coordination, and internal workflow management. Eva ensures that important meetings are not missed, client communications are properly handled, action items are followed up, and the company’s administrative systems remain aligned with the pace of DPB Global’s consulting, research, and business development activities.
In addition to executive support, Eva plays a major role in procurement intelligence, financial coordination, and operational follow-up. She monitors opportunities from major procurement platforms, including the World Bank, African Development Bank, European Union, Canada Buys, OECS, Caribbean Development Bank, UN agencies, and national procurement portals. She also assists with tracking invoices, payment follow-ups, contract milestones, consultant payments, banking correspondence, and cash-flow priorities. Eva supports the preparation of letters, emails, briefing notes, expressions of interest, technical proposals, meeting agendas, and client follow-up documents, making her one of the most important coordination points in DPB Global’s daily operations.
