Framework, grounded in Community Development Theory, Social Capital Theory, and Community Participation Theory.
Through this work, he helps create inclusive, collaborative spaces for dialogue, innovation, and impact.
- Cooper’s leadership is deeply people-centered and guided by the values of collaboration, humanity, and integrity.
- He is also a dedicated wellness practitioner, committed to creating healing-centered spaces for Black and racialized communities.
- As CANCARO continues to grow, Cooper remains focused on co-creating sustainable, community-led solutions that address systemic barriers and build pathways to justice, wellness, and opportunity.
