Social Media Manager and Digital Engagement Officer
Sonny serves as DPB Global’s Social Media Manager and Digital Engagement Officer, responsible for managing the company’s online presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X. His role is to strengthen DPB Global’s visibility, promote the company’s research outputs, communicate its expertise, and support business development through consistent and professional digital engagement. Sonny helps ensure that DPB Global’s online platforms reflect the company’s identity as a serious research, labour-market, TVET, statistics, migration, and economic development consulting firm.
Sonny prepares and schedules social media posts, develops campaign themes, repurposes research findings into short-form content, monitors engagement, tracks audience reactions, and supports digital branding. He creates content around reports, proposals, project wins, surveys, conferences, data insights, Caribbean development issues, BIPOC research, labour-market trends, TVET, migration, and public policy commentary. His work helps turn DPB Global’s technical expertise into visible public engagement, allowing the company to reach clients, partners, funders, policymakers, researchers, and wider professional audiences in a more consistent and strategic way.
