Cassandra Gajadhar is a seasoned administrative and youth development professional with more than 20 years of experience in administration, project management, leadership development, youth engagement, and organizational capacity building. As Administrative Manager at DPB Global, she provides strategic operational leadership, strengthens organizational systems, and supports the effective execution of projects and initiatives across diverse sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Youth Development Work from The University of the West Indies and has earned certifications in Project Management, Mentorship and Coaching, and Youth Work Education. Her expertise combines administrative excellence with a deep understanding of youth development, community engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Cassandra is the Founder of Youth Development Services (YDS), a Caribbean-based NGO dedicated to supporting vulnerable and at-risk youth through mentorship, leadership development, advocacy, and community intervention programs. Through YDS, she also equips youth workers, practitioners, and leaders with evidence-based approaches to youth engagement, utilizing survey research, data analysis, and lived-experience assessments to design meaningful and impactful programs.
An accomplished leadership coach and author, Cassandra has written three youth-focused books, including Dear Youth, a practical resource designed to help young people navigate life with purpose, resilience, and confidence. Her passion for developing people, strengthening organizations, and creating sustainable pathways for youth empowerment continues to shape her work locally, regionally, and internationally.
